ha ha, makes me laff; that man!!
No, St Lucia needs to sue Richard Fredericks for the kinds of nasty politics he, singlehandedly, introduced to our Fair Helen. The politics associating and aligning himself with all sort of questionable characters, garrison politics, etc, etc...This is what Fredericks needs to be sued for!!

and what is going to be even nicer is when you humiliate Kenny in court...
let him go ahead and represent this clown.
Kenny wrote the foolish stuff, gives the stuff to the clown (already a controversial preacher,dishonest tenant and unsympathetic bus driver)to read. Now the clown is being sued, so Kenny, fearful of being exposed, is duty bound to defend him. Imagine: in the press release the clown is further suggesting that he made the defamatory statement but that it has been misunderstood ...so not guilty!
These were my exact sentiments. I am starting to believe that Kenny writes 1/2 of the so called press releases issued by the SLP. Eugene is a fool for allowing himself to be used in such a way.
Looks like the gentleman is being found guilty in the court of public opinion. Remember the case will be tried in court and the law as it relates to libel and slander will be applied to the facts of the case and the decision rendered in that context.
I cannot say who's wrong or right as I have not heard nor read the offending words. Fredericks will have the burden of proof here that the words spoken were untrue and uttered with the intent to do harm to his character.
This is coming on the heels of the pending elections and could well be a political ploy by Fredericks to engender public sympathy and sympathy votes. I have no doubt that the gentleman well be well represented and the case will be vigorously prosecuted.
To the victor goes the spoils. In the end the body politic will be dealt a further blow.
The object of some of these career politicians is to make our politica so dirty that people will be so repulsed that they will leave the political arena to these nefarious characters so that they can pillage and plunder to their hearts content.
People stay vigilant. Continue to demand good governance, transparency, and accountability no matter who occupies the corridors power. Politicians are not our friends they are our servants lets treat them as such. Not with reverence and undeserved adulation and respect, but rather we should continue to remind them that they have a fiducary duty to us and whenever they betray that duty we will call for their proverbial heads.
Our libel laws have been handed down from our colonial masters to intimidate and incarcerate the 'slaves'. Kenny was not man enough to change that, with all his legal knowledge and background. Besides, he too kankanezz to see that the libel laws are dysfunctional for St. Lucia. Kenny again disappoints.
I used to think that my MP Richards Fredricks was a real man. A big hitter. Now he's crying like a baby girl over a simple remark.And to make things worse he turns into Kenny Anthony and sues!!!! As a person who lives in New Village I say shame on you Fredricks....thats a low blow.

When "toujour sue" (Kenny) used to sue people left right and centre, Micah you did not complain, not even when Kenny called Poleon a media terrorist. Kenny sued Vaughan Lewis too. In fact Frederick should sue you for your comments about people "with a certain character." What you mean by that Micah? I dunno what kind a journalist you are. You start off by saying that St Lucia needs to sue The Right Hon. Richard Fredericks and then you go on calling for Fredericks to sue the pants off someone else's a**e. What a poisonous hypocrite you are for trying to set the two servants of the people against each other.
You have the temerity to coin St Lucian politics "Nasty" yet you make vengeful comments about members of Her Majesty's Government.Pitting one against the other. If These commonets are not bordering on the "Nasty" then I don't know what is.
You seem to take pleasure in seeing people get rumbled and humiliated.Politicians are put in there to serve the masses and not to serve their self interests nor for commoners like you to be egging them on to slug it out in court.
If Malfeasance is detected then its for the electorate to decide at the end of the day - If its of a serious nature then HMP's government has measures put in place to deal with it.
I am sure these two honourable gentleman will come to an amicable arrangement before elections are called by the Hon. Prime Minister.
In the meantime I suggest you keep your smutty and unpleasant comments to yourself. Please do not soil the upcoming political atmosphere.

The comments on Micah are true.I used to admire him. I thought he was able and trying. But he is a changed man and is best described as the Voice so-called Journalist.
I don't know why dis foolish Haitian does not simply SHUT UP! Haitians have nothing to teach us anymore. We now have a government that looks like it come straight from Port au Prince.
And what de heck you know bout local politics. Stay where you are! You doh feel de shoe pinching you foot. You in Germany you say? You outside? Then stay there. You outsiders should just shut up. Doh bother us with your foolishness.
Just tell de likes of Fredericks and dem other evil doers, dat just like Bin Ladin, whether dey pretend to preach from the Koran or from de bible, dat de sperm of the devil and de ungodly only flourish for a time! Tell dem dat de longest night have a end.
I am so fed up with these damn so called journalists just feeding us their bias opinions week after week. Micah, I don't give a damn what you or any other journalist think about Richard or any other politician for that matter. I have a brain and I can think and reason for myself. Your opinions will not influence how I vote in the next elections So please keep your opinions to yourself.
