Is it unethical to use prison labour?

What a brilliant idea, it is actually an opportunity to skilled them in the habit of working and being effective citizen which is avrehabilitative process if implemented correctly. That require a change of attitude and thinking of all of us as citizens in regard to those of us who have fallen out of society.
I must caution it must to be implemented as punishment of hard labour but as rehabilitation into the ethics of work and community life as a St Lucian.
