The project in Anse La Raye was well planned and engineered to mitigate the flooding issues that once blighted the comuninty. The quality of the constructed works was to the highest stanard by a local company led by Mr Rayneau Gajadhar who personaly ensured the works were done to highest standards. However the constructed works need to be maintained to ensure that during every storm the people of Anse la Raye are free from the treat of flooding.

Albert, like you did with this thesis, I would also like to congratulate Gajadhar for a job well done. By the way, Albert, are you still President of the St. Lucia Indigenous Commission, or, are you the new Public Relations Officer (PRO) for Gajadhar Ltd? It sounds like you were PAID to do a PRO piece in The Voice for Gajadhar!!! Only inquiring.
