Where are the graphs and powerpoints? Boy, you snowing people like the policians with a lot a lot of words. Are you confused as well? That is what they intend to do. Please spare us. Just the most important facts first, then go into the bland details afterwards. You need a communications course on reporting financial matters. You sound such as confused as the PM.

This photo is old, give us the current PM.

The current PM looks rather old and sickly. I watched him this week and there were endless fat around his neck.

Cheers to better days..

well i am hoping to see the powerpoints next budget seating .. we wont see that in the prelimenaries this week past.. i didnt hear about the new POLYCLINIC FOR DENNERY..SO FAR I AM DISAPPOINTED it just seems the same ole gov jargon no changes ..

i heard kenny mention that under uwp... uwp hired 48 new positions.. and he said he didnt sack any of these guys in high places with salaries ranging from $5000-$16000 I MEAN WHY KEEP THESE party members in these positions i was hoping he would at least cut it down to half .. cause alot of these positions are redundant .. ppl doing very little while the little guy is working extra hard.. COME ON .. U SEE WHY I NEVER VOTE .. i am keenly for SLP but they are like A LEOPARD STRIPES.. it seems COME ON.. MEN.. I BLUE VEX .. but i am still hoping to hear good things esp in health and the new airport if not thats it i give up on SLP for good..

I've always been concerned about the sustainability of our islandwide road lighting amenity. While this is good from a security standpoint a more energy-efficient & cost-effective system of lighting ought to be investigated.

Although sodium vapour light bulbs are perhaps the most energy efficient for general lighting, they tend to distort colours. As security lighting they are less than satisfactory from that point of view. Perhaps then, the next best bet might just be LED lighting technology with a promise for low cost operation and durability.

Finally Kenny have killed our country with massive borrowing. What a shame!!!!

blogger no.3. Each and everyone of us at one point in time have to grow old and also get sick. Young people are dying more than older ones, so concentrate on yourself and your health instead of the primeminister. If the prime minister is sick he can take care of himself by going to the professional doctors abroad. If you are sick I am sure funds that will have to be raised for you to seek medical care.

Blogger no.5 you are a failure. You went bankrupt, because you used to ran your own business and had to close down. Take out the mote from your eyes first before you check the PM.

A failure: Something to learn from on your way to becoming successful, thus representing an effort that must not be repeated in the exact same way the next opportunity that comes around.

Only our very, very stupid, our ignorant, and well-known jackasses chastise others for business failures, in general

St. Lucia is so-o-o-o-o full of walking idiots and thorough asses. We generate these by the minute.

Yet, unbeknown to us the Finance Minister keeps on giving secretly, MILLIONS UPON MILLIONS OF DOLLARS to foreigners and their companies without having anything to show for it in return.

They say that St. Lucia is idiot country, here's all the proof that you will ever need,

What? The more things change the more things remain the same. Look like I am going to have to give LPM a chance next time.

Square pegs in wrong holes. That is what we have had as PMs who think they know how to manage money. Failures all of them!

Kenny is wasting and losing money in arithmetic progression. Just look at the numbers. We had $45 mil. for Roachasmell, $58 mil. for Black Bay, next 71? Or is it 45, 58 , 84 ...? Instead of an increment of 13, is it 26?

Good God! The way these are, it may well be that we are facing a geometric progression instead of an arithmetic progression. In that case, our #$@&%$ is grass.

Where are our so called Cuban doctors? Are they not up to the task?

This Minister of Finance is about to screw up this country's economy big time! From what he is saying it is very clear that neither he, Kenny nor King knows the basics about taxation. If this were not so, why do you think were are not hearing the rate of the VAT, the items that will be zero rated, and much greater clarity regarding the removal of the other taxes the VAT should replace?

If he accepts and puts in place the jackass opinion that it is alright to have a two systems of taxation going at the same time, he will be just as the dummy Jamaican prime minister that allowed this foolishness to happen to Jamaica.

Someone said that St. Lucia is idiot country. It looks like we are in for another huge dose of political idiocy. All these PhDs in the SLP have high IQs, but extremely low life skills.

We are in for a very hard landing with the economy. This PM and the last worse yet, do not understand the mathematics of macroeconomics. He can talk but he doesn't know what he is talking about. He does his recitations well though. With all the business stakeholders being consulted and their views taken to form their budget, who is looking after the poor working people. They are not consulted about the impact of the various measures.

The situation is grossly unfair! You have power and influence. You are given a seat at the table. You have no power nor influence? You are ignored after you have cast your vote. Sh!t just happens.

En Rouge now we see as a great joke.
I remember saying that what kind of people are we that a simpleminded piece of crap like "en Rouge" can decide an election !

Bitter days are here again !!

BORROWING

Why nothing on how much is being borrowed for 2012/13 ? Is it $100, $150 or $200 million ?

There is nothing in this budget that involves "thinking outside the box".

There is nothing about trimmimg the public service - just its expansion.

Government Minister's salaries should be cut by 10 to 15%.

Hos much is the public service payroll being expanded ?

There is nothing on major revamping of the tax code to invite foreign investment even though the introduction of VAT is a perfect time to make major changes.

Bitter times are here again.

You know why St. Lucia is done?

Because our people are so narcissistic, deluded and dim that they absolutely cannot process that anything bad could ever happen to them. That is why this Kenny and Phillip regime, an clique of a few dozen people at the very most, are going to steamroll over this entire, godforsaken country.

And our people will SIT AND WATCH, completely unable to engage reality in any adult manner.

We look at one more budget , the same as the 15 prior to this , where excuses are made to borrow , to increase the size of government, to make no sensible changes except to further go socialist and liberal.

Where no audit or feedback will be made about the wastage by Kenny and co and his SLP overlords will simple rape the treasury and put Lucians on the backfoot.

Bitter days are here !

Stop depending on Government for things. Why don't you people find work to do instead of critisizing. It seems that blogger No.5 accepted the fact that he did closed down his business, because he did not say he ever owed a business. All he does is go around the place talking crap, when he is the biggest failure of all times.
