I think that is a very goood move. The cadet corps needs to be recognized more. The cadet corps is not being publizied enough.I remember when Mr Howard Earle was the CSM the cadet corps was on fire but i don't know what happened, you hardly hear anything about cadets.Suggestions: cross country walks, community activities, sporting activities even a carnival band. I know there are alot of cadets with talent.Don't let our young people go astray bring back the drive.

Capt. Howard Earle is one of the best Officers to grace the Cadet Movement in St. Lucia. I no longer live, but on to my time as an Officer in the St. Lucia Cadet Corps, he made us proud. I described him as fare-less, fare-some and knowledgeable. He was “D……… Good”.
Above all his deportment was “A-Plus.
