I believe the ballot was flawed, and interestingly if you had counted the ballot with the people who voted the Union got the majority. I find that the people who did not vote took their pieces of silver, an aspect of people here that is insidious. I am amazed at how often people say 'its not my business' but your business is for everyones consumption. Weak minded people!!

Tyrone knew that he would lose this poll.
He should've postponed the poll until he was confident of a victory.
The lady is a worthy opponent who have shown exceeding attention to detail and her astuteness paid off this time.
However management are creatures of their training and she will revert to circumventing this victory with strict adherence to management rules and procedures which will again alienate the rank and file employees.
I am here reminded of an employee who gave her kidney to her ailing boss only to have that same boss fire her when she herself was ailing due to effects of her kidney donation to her boss!
