What the hell happened to the muti-millions the 1996 KENNY ANTHONY Government Administration pumped into WASCO along with MARTIN SATNEY who was to turn around that Institution?

Was a REPORT on those funds and the value added to WASCO along with the output to WASCO discussed/reported in that REPORT?

This REPORT upon the completion of MARTIN SATNEY's CONSULTANCY at WASCO should have been tabled in PARLIAMENT for the PUBLIC's discussion.

We never heard one peep on this. But Martin Satney completed and took up a new promotion as Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Agriculture.

John Joseph cannot come now crowing about new tariffs, before he can tell us what has happened to the millions that were poured into WASCO.

When was the last YEAR WASCO's AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS were laid in the PARLIAMENT? I don't know when I ever heard the financial statements of WASCO discussed. It may well be decades past.

The MANAGEMENT of WASCO sucks, is incompetent, just laying around for the ride, cannot drive a stroke of any thing worthwhile, and the TOP BRASS of WASCO MUST GO.

POOR MANAGEMENT AND CORRUPTION BROUGHT WASCO to its knees, and the rank and file knows this all too well.

The intellectual and moral fraud continues in our little island with the liberal Labour Party Administration of Kenny Antnony doing what it does best - give out goodies to its voting blocks.

The latest play acting is the unions calls for increased wages and the "theater" as Kenny and the Labour Union leaders ACT as if they are at loggerheads.

With the civil Service aggitation on wages we know that the civil service is inefficient , where much wastage takes place and under successive Labour governments is just a place of freeness for jobs for the boyz and girlz.

The civil service should be CUT as we cannot afford to continue to pay out almost 80% of our recurrent revenue in civil servants wages.

But the liberal/pogressive/ socialist government of Kenny Anthony wins vote by giving out freeness. Freeness that comes from taxing other groups and from borrowing in our children's names. We know that they will never stand up to one of their main voting blocks and aggitating groups that will come to their defence against all other parties.

So the play acting will continue with Julian Monrose "acting" as if he will do anthing but in the end a "compromise" will be reached good for the government and the civil service but screwing the people of St. Lucia further along with VAT.

Welcome to lala land!

Kenny Anthony's only ability is to tax and borrow.

To the individual at 1:23 am, cutting is not the solution to the problem. We see what has been going on with Greece and their cost cutting. The result is just chaos!!

There are some cutting that must happen together with revenue generation and as with our small economies Government spending. Now, these three areas are not exhaustive. Maybe some other persons can come up with some more.
