Donna louis is a self centered individual who likes to make decisions on her own, she has very poor communication skills. And don't realate to her staff, she is often apsent from work and when she is she live work before the designated time which I find is unfair to the government of saint lucia, she is always sending in sick leave forms and living the office when ever she wants to go. Very unproductive. All she does is sit in the office all day browse the internet and write memo, she has very little knowledge of the runnings of the registry and always have to ask the supervisor for advice on how to run the place, why take a job you are not capable of doing. The supervisor is very capable of doin the job while donna is not. Beside its not the first time she is being voice cable and wireless now known as lime did the same her attitude stinks as a manager kenny should fire her (from a member of staff at the registry)

the Registry of Civil Status dont need a manager. The supervisor has more experience than her. Get her out if your'll want good results from the registry
