I trust that discussants will see the necessity for identifying separate strategies for the different age cohorts. On the education side, something that bears repetition is the imperative to have certain types of job-related knowledge and career development skill sets become examinable by the CXC. Young people with increasingly shortening attention spans will not study anything that is not examined.
