The man has a right to say what he believes. Is it so? Or do we already have the dictatorship of the ignoramuses that he fears?

Mr. Evans Calderon is very right indeed.

In that picture there are TWO JUDGES there who I do not trust.

Mr. Evans, in his forty years in Public Life would know a heck of a lot and is a very wise man indeed. St. Lucians take heed.

These fellars are linked to politicians to keep power and keep the people at their feet.

You get sweet-talking rogues and rascals on the benches of the judiciary in every god damn country as usual. Justice, fairness and equity cannot be taken for granted. Consider yourself a thorough ass if you think differently.

Frank, wasn't Calderon part of the SLP delegation that negotiated the Saint Lucian Constitution Order? Isn't he also a lawyer and fully understands the subtle of the law? Finally, Frank, are you really going to downplay the importance of the opinion of the disagreeing judge on the panel?

Frank,
since you are talking about the CCJ,do you think that a referendum should be used to decide whether st.lucia should join the CCJ?

Frank seems to believe only making himself look politically correct. Seems he does not THINK before writing such diatribe.
