Fellas do something useful for once. Ascertain how much the average tourist spends in Saint Lucia and how to make that tourist dollar circulate throughout the economy. All that is up there is little more than a disguised attempt at "beggar thy neighbor" tourism policy, and wrapped up in a repackaged circulation of worn out ideas.

What if you had said this: "Initiative to Advance Strategically the Local Tourism Industry", then one would could have much more to look forward to in the future. All of this sounds like a well-disguised talk-shop without much of essential groundwork in place for forging a strategic plan.
