Our past ministers of finance have shown absolutely no familiarity with any kind or revenue management à la Australia or Canada. So they just happily go through the motions every single year, with badly-prepared budgets, that have no control mechanisms in place, practically with no basis in reality, very poorly-prepared and very laughable data sets, perfunctorily produced by a very comical and indolent but imperious-sounding statistical department.

Saint Lucia they say, is blissfully idiot country.
