Stupendous and congratulations. The mutual comm (2nd language) shared by the StLu & Dom reps should provide exponential synergy to offset the initial start up challenges. They must use their ease of comm to galvanize the rest of the regional exec crew into a collaborative proactive TEAM. Shared responsibility of purpose that moves away from a hierarchy of rituals (more like"Arthur's Round Table" or in Techie philosophy "USB" adaptability)then the early proponents of WI Federation will sigh sweetly at this youthful resurgence if not resurrection of the potential might of the strategic Caribbean Basin.
Start with doable efforts whose success builds regional solidarity- e.g. sustainability of key vital resources (e.g.,fish & flora)(revitalize youth services via training as assistant custodians /curators of tourist sites & related activities in exchange for accrued credit towards partial deferment of future scholastic advancement including trades study -@ any commonwealth location -God Save our Queen- Amen- The well developed Cadet Corps of the region are a great deployment start, whose inevitable success will act as fitting model for most casual youth. Remember, basins and archipelagos derive strength from their circularity - a cosmic shape and force.

I take the Caribbean Assembly of Youth has died a natural death and this has replaced it. I hope this group addresses the shortcomings of the our regional governments. There is a need for agitation for upgrading education to deal with competitiveness and skill shortages for international employment, leading to domestic/regional production alliances, and business integration.

Start early by forming relationships with regional youth exchanges and inter-island visits. Though costly, such ties aided by conference calls and video conferencing will bear abundant fruit. Best wishes!
