Here you go again, Compton did not leave us a dam. Was it a gift from him to the people of St lucia? No, he was a elected to serve the people and the Dam was built on his watch with tax payers money.
Talking about "SILlY TALK" The more you try to make yourself look or sound good the more offtrack you get. You are not even aware that you are lost in the wilderness.
What kind of sewer water are you drinking?
Doesn't Kenny make similar claims about building schools and police stations and roads and community centres with OUR money? At least the Canadians donated nearly 60% of the cost of the dam and they did so because Sir John asked for their help.
That is why we give politicians a contract every election time...to work for us, it's just like any other job so they don't deserve praise.
You are right...I assume Kenny makes similar claims, that's what puffed up politicians do. Projecting a wrong image is deception. What is articulated here is: it is not about Kenny or Compton. It is all about the people. Compton asked the Canadians for 60%of the funds to finance the dam not for himself but for the people of St Lucia and he definitely deserves credit for the concept of a dam becoming a realty. Josie is the one "playing with words," giving praises to Compton by distorting or distributing inaccurate reports in a misleading way by saying "Compton left us a dam."
Anonymous IV I agree, Compton worked, served and got paid to take care of the people's business and does not deserve praises; praises are reserved for the Most High Creator.
I will say it again, IT IS NOT ABOUT KENNY, KING OR COMPTON, IT IS ALL ABOUT THE PEOPLE OF SAINT LUCIA.
You can fool the people sometime but you can't fool all the people all of the time.
