"I am the way, I am the light" - you forgot the rest of the sentence ... "I am the truth".
While I commend the writer of the above article - it reminds me of the time, when most of us 50-somethings, during school holidays, we got jobs at M & C's, JQ's, Johnson's, the Post Office, Valmont's, and at other odd offices; either selling at the counters, or doing odd office jobs.
We came out with a wealth of knowledge - "business" knowledge!! Most people in this age group did quite well at earning a living, and even have their own businesses.
But, did we pass on this "job culture" to our children? Noooo ... instead, we send them to "summer camps" which we PAY to send them to. Yes, the children learn something - but NOT how to deal with business, so that they are equipped with some "reality" knowledge.
*sigh* .. ah well - c'est la vie! We also turned out to be "imitators"! Unfortunately.
Great!, so I guess this article is supposed to be this huge epiphany, STOP!!! You're living a pointless lie by going through the paces of trying to better yourself through hard work and motivation that is achieved through education and a good job.
"You can work from home, away from the heat of social events, trading stocks online in pajamas, next to a glass of cold orange juice. Maybe you’ll get rich, maybe not, but at least you will be free."
This article is suggesting we give up a more proven and assured path to success and wealth through the 9to 5 hustle and sit at home waiting for sometimes false hope to shine through.
In a society riddled with such economic uncertainty and hardhsip. The last thing you should be telling the graduated youth, "here become more useless that you probably already feel because youre broke and cant find a job."
This path you so dimly shed light on is not for the majority. Very few will succeed and what then do you use that glass of orange juice to pay the elctricity and gas companies?
"The greatest enemy of logic is hope and for the next years, you will be doing lots of hoping until one day you will finally carve a future for yourself."
This is true you need to "carve a future for yourself", but you need to get out there and make it happen. Life isnt going to wait on you. A true spectator of life is one who shys away from what is going on around them only to die in pure ignorance but I guess youll say that this is bliss.
You're right Mr Cracium you are the way, you are the light... you are a lie. I am calling your bluff.
I cant believe you got published farless in the Money Art section but I guess fiction wasnt available...

I wonder how many high school graduates would have the capital needed to be able do cyber-trading effectively.
"What’s the point of you belonging to the Internet generation, but make no money with the computer? The solution to all your woes is CYBER-TRADING."
This seems somewhat irresponsible to have cyber-trading as the "solution to all your woes".
Also the trading market is not completely fair.
