a little bit of courtesy and good manners would not go astray amongst the immigration and customs people. Their manner no way represents the goodwill of the St Lucians.
I have traveled many times in and out of St Lucia, and i do not find the immigration and duty officers any different from those anywhere else. What manner you talking about?
Immigration and custom officers are not waiters, they don't work for tips and they don't have to kiss-up to anyone. I am so tired of those people with a massa mentality.
