Excellent piece Earl. Our youth deserve all the help they can get. As you correctly noted this assistance must involve as many partners in the development process as possible. Moreover, it must be focuesed and sustained. If properly planned and executed the proposed Youth Summit can yield some possitive results. Perhaps preparatory meetings at a regional or community level can help to engender greater levels of particiaption in and ownership of the event among our youth.
