I think ems is needed like Barbados,Trinidad and most big cities. The fire department shouldn't have fire fighters doing ambulance calls. Air and search rescue would be nice but I don't know if the govt can really afford a helicopter

The government doesn't have to afford a helicopter, let the private sector handle that. The private sector can collaborate with projects like yours Craig to do the job.

Great job, go for it

The ministry of Health should have you run EMS for them after all you do much better than them all put together in so many years.

The Fire Department is such an old agency and it took you such a short space of time to accomplish what they haven't.

Saint Lucia great. I am a visitor to your island and have been for many years and I have been involved in EMS for over 40 years in the United States and I am impressed with your achievement.

You transprted my mother a few years ago on Aerojet Air Ambulance Service to Florida and and have been grateful since. By the way she did survive her massive heart attack and thanks to you and the care you provided the made it.

These are the stories of heros beyond the seas and to total strangers.

Thanks,
