SLP always finds a way to talk itself into nothing. How sad!
It this another case of foot in mouth for Kenny and Labour?
Kenny and the SLP is right, the company has a case pending against it in the court in Miami, they are trying to down play it as political victimization, but if they did not do something wrong they would not be in court today. So do not blame Kenny. If Kenny did not bring that up, we in St Lucia would not have known the conduct of the company we are trusting with the biggest contract ever undertaken in St Lucia. It is Kenny job to inform us. The UWP has a way of keeping us in the dark with everything they are undertaking, when it is us who will be paying the cost. We blame Kenny for Rochamel and cost over run, but i give Kenny credit for putting everything in the open. Everybody can now mention $45 million, or they know the cost of the Soufriere to VF highway. But i am sure none of them know the cost of the Allan Bousquet highway just constructed by the UWP, that is hidden, or how much it cost to finish the Gros Islet finished by the UWP, that is Guy Joseph secrete. etc. St Lucians let us open our eyes. Give Jacket his Jacket.
This is the United States. Name me a company in the United States where from time to time some person is not going to be satisfied and take it to court. Kenny's argument has no basis. I am no supporter of this government but I can tell you that Kenny's tone is simply poliical at best!

#4 your argument does not make ANY SENSE, and it is very NONSENSICAL. Which company that is taken to court in the USA from time to time? Did you think before you wrote that? You mean people in the USA have so much spare time on their hands to waste, they would decide to take people to court, just for pleasure because they have nothing better to do. You really believe people would take a big company to court who can hire the best lawyers who have done nothing wrong, just for fun? How is Kenny baseless when the company said they are in court, for true? You said Kenny is political, as if you forgot what Kenny is. Kenny is a politician and he is the elected opposition leader, so he is well within his purview, to speak of anything the government is contemplating, which the public should know about. That is his JOB, we are paying him to do that.
Don't be a jerk! Do your research. There are countless companies in the US that have been taken to court of non trivial and trivial matters. This is the culture of freedom in the USA.
You are not a jerk and you have done you research, please name some of these companies that is court for trivial matters. Just name ONE if you having troubling remembering. It is time we must stop talking for talking sake. Stop criticizing for criticizing sake.
