Oh,oh PM King in deeper misery and mess than we ever imagined. What we sow we shall reap.

This makes for a John Grisham, Robert Ludlum, Jeffery Archer...all added into one for effect and drama!!

And so, the worms just starting spewing out of the can!!

St. Lucians, is this the nice guy and the guy who claims to work hard for the people-give me a break. Shame on you King!

Why then is King, Frederick and Danley Lebourne putting all the blame on Kenny Anthony? Well, it's obvious, this is simply a political ploy that is now backfiring in the faces of the uwp. That's what you get King for treating Janine the way you did, calling Dr. Ubaldus Raymond a bush doctor, and unnecessarily criticizing a deceased man who made you Prime Minister. The real joke is on you King...greed and corruption never pays.

THESE RATS ARE ALL SHITS AND DOWNRIGHT DISHONEST- AUSBERT D'AUVERGNE, STEPHENSON KING, AND KENNY ANTHONY. THE WILL ALL BE TAKEN CARE OF, NOT TOO LONG FROM NOW.

FELLOW SAINT LUCIANS, WAKE UP AND SMELL THAT COFFEE. AUSBERT D'AUVERGNE, STEPHENSON KING, KENNY ANTHONY, RICK WAYNE ARE TAKING US FOR A STINKING LONG NASTY RIDE ALL TO THE DESTRUCTION OF OUR COUNTRY AND OUR CHILDRENS FUTURE. WE MUST ACT TOGETHER STRONGER THAN EVER TO PUT THEIR NAMES IN THE SEABEDS FOE EVERMORE.

Sacre Bleu !!!!! But given that Rick knew, since he has been busy telling everyone that the fellars know nothing about the Grynberg Affair except what he has told them. The question then becomes, why did he write this speech, which is a rehash of previuos Star articles for King to read. Is he setting King up on behalf of Tucker. Very interesting times ahead.

The PM duncy! The PM done see. De PM duncy. I tell you!

Those who were calling on kenny to explain,I hope you will now call on king to do the same. At least with kenny we have evidence that he consulted his ag and the ps was involved, but who else knew when king signed? I am no fan of this uwp administration but I honestly feel sorry for king.

Nothing that comes from the Mouth of Ausbert can be trusted. Even the SLP know that. It's a shame that your enemy is my enemy has taken on roots here.

Dove does not have a clean heart, and neither does Kenny. King does not have a clean, an d none of those who are battling to get paid for politricks are clean.

PM King cannot be trusted his legacy is clear he should really take boat ride with not engine no sail and never come back.I need a job to take care of my family. king and company is trying my patience they are literally pushing me and 17 thousand plus st.Lucian to the edge.If PM King has no jobs to offer as promised he should pack up and take his ride and get lost into the Atlantic ocean my be he might find the boundaries that Grynbery need to start his exploration. Its not bla bla sheep its have you any wool.

I hope Rick Wayne will seek an explanation from King to this letter. But I, and by extension, others readers, will be dreaming if we ever thought Rick Wayne would demand an explanation from King!!

Some wonderful journalist this Rick Wayne is - censoring bloggers' posts to his articles, thereby preventing people from arriving at their own conclusion based on different views from different opinions.

Anonymous said...

Yes to those bias UWP party hacks, "King is good man he does not lie." Yes right he is caught in another lie again. Can someone with a better memory than me list the number of lies King has told to the citizenry of St Lucia? After King and his gang are so incompetent and have the country in such a mess, he is not being honest on top of that. King and Frederick really though they had something to confuse St Lucians on for the elections, but it backfired on them.

Anonymous said...

That's right above - backfired big time; and not only with innuendoes, but I rather suspect there are solid proof that King is a liar. But then, what do you expect from one with limited intellectual capabilities/understanding!!

I await Rick Wayne to write on this one!!

Their tongues shall dug their own graves. The graves the UWP and Rick Wayne were digging for Kenny, it now seems they are the ones who who will be buried in it - fittingly, of course!!

Da bans sans honte!!

Anonymous said...

Neither King or Kenny can be trusted!!!

It's a fact. Time for St Lucians to rise up to change this mess. Romove Kenny, put King, remove King, put back Kenny again, and so on and so on. Aren't we tired of this papishow.

When are we ever going to learn that as long as we keep doing these things we are going to obtain the very same results.

High Unemployment and counting: Kenny and King guilty as charged.

High rate of murder in our beloved country: Kenny and King guilty as charged.

Total deception and lies: Kenny and King guilty as charged.

Turning a blind eye when persons within their ranks lie and deceive the country: Kenny and King guilty as charged.

What will it take for us to come to the conclusion that this system is not in our interest?

Well thats a good lesson for the uwpees prostitute,
The uwp now are a bunch of corrupt and good for nothing miss leaders
The longer they stay without calling early election the more damage they do to st lucia and the more st lucians learn how crooked they are.
Now i hope the star newspapper will be able to write a good peice on king.

All parties have prostitutes in them. SLP-UWP-LPM--and you are one...

Every day that passes confirms to St. Lucians that the political animals who have set St. Lucia on the path to destruction and those who are in the process of further destroying the country have nothing to offer St. Lucia but heartache.

Clearly it is impossible to “convert” the two main political parties(United Workers Party and the St. Lucia Labour Party) in the short run into anything resembling agents of change for our island state. We are therefore faced with a choice between the devil and the deep blue sea with an elections impending and forced to wait until 2016 when “maybe” we may have real change.

The only goal therefore we may have to change the paradigm would be a third party but made up of persons who could make a difference, have been tested by time and are not starry-eyed dreamers .

In alphabetical order I know that the only option St. Lucia has would be for the following persons to coalesce into a viable political party. The problem of course is that a number of these persons are strong, capable individuals who each may consider themselves to be the presumptive leader and quite frankly given the scamps in power and those waiting in the wings , then they each may have a valued point on this matter of leadership.

THE TEAM ( in alphabetical order)

Ausbert D’Auvergne
Sarah Flood Beaubrun
Ronald Hinkson
Stephen King (Dr)
Mario Michel
Richard Peterkin
Theorold Prudent

If they were willing to jettison their affiliation with failure I would recommend that the following could be options from existing parties: Phillip Pierre, Allan Chastanet, Dr. Lewis and there are a few more that could be considered.

The important point is leadership and also a determination of the philosophical bent of this team. If they are going to continue the failed economic and social policies of the liberal, progressive, socialist left then they have no hope as we are now seeing in Europe and the USA. In the Caribbean from Independence starting with Trinidad and Jamaica in 1962 we have only gone backwards with this philosophy yet continue to do the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.

The two credible persons in this grouping who should assume the leadership position and would bring back a sense of honour to St. Lucia and the political process would be ( in alphabetical order):

Sarah Flood Beaubrun
or
Mario Michel.

Are there any other names and can anything be put together in time.

All parties have prostitutes, But if my party is going the wrong direction why follow them to the ditch. This is what you call Sound advice and wisdom,
We cannot follow party if they are bent on destroying my livelywood as well as the future of my country.
Stevenson King Prime Minister and leader of this present goverment.
Kenny Anthony Former prime Minister and leader of the opposition.
Theo Prudent Leader of the LPm Movement. with no porfolio in goverment nor experience.
Which of these will you choose to lead st lucia in this changing world around the caribbean and the world.
Think it Through, and you tell me if you love st lucia.

Anonymous said...

We must think this through had and tough that st lucians cannot afford to send any more little children to do adults jobs.
The world we live in has change drastically, and we need serious minded people, who has the pedigree in vision,Education, who is tecnology savy, one who will not be bought or sold.
Look at those who wants the leadership, Their background, Their experience, etc, etc.

I agree 100% . This could be the dream team that St Lucia have been waiting for. If only they can put their egoes aside the country would be better served.

Anonymous said...

You could know them by their words, these bias UWP hacks they were on rampage against Kenny. " put him in jail, they want answers, he is arrogant" etc, etc. Now they get the answer, hear them on this board, all their tunes have changed "All parties are the same, Kenny and King are the same" etc. How can somebody in their right mind compare King to Kenny?

Anonymous said...

Ha ha ha ha they even coming up with dream team, its more like a sceam team. Lol these UWP hacks..................

Anonymous said...

This is the best idea I have read in years.
I hope this "Dream Team" thing becomes a reality.

I am very impressed with the names mentioned here. The problem is, would they agree to work as a team?

Anonymous said...

Some persons on the dream team can indeed be considered as leaders. However, there are still others who simply should not be there. A definitely yes is Dr. Stephen King but would he agree to come to politics? Even better imagine a dream team with Dr.King, Dr. Ubaldus Raymond, Dr. Lewis, Chastanet, Emma, Phillip Pierre, Sarah, Rigobert. This to me is a better dream team.

Anonymous said...

This is indeed a Dream Team.

With this group taking care of governance St. Lucians could improve their quality of life, take care of their day to day business, concentrate on improving areas of cultural interest in St. Lucia, take a deep breath and relax, stop listening to the maypuis thugs/ talk show hosts on radio and telvision and stop looking as beaten as they are every day going from point to point in Castries.

Mario Michel maybe stubborn and not necessarily of the right philosophical bent but he is a talented and fundamentally moral and sound. He put his effort into the educational sysyem to keep it on a good footing. Mario was the one who refused to travel unnecessarily and saved St. Lucian taxpayers' money. Yet you wonder how after Kenny was such an inept manager who did so many things on the sly without informing the people, who had hundreds of millions of dollars in cost over runs in his Administrations (much that Mario was against) yet the ST. Lucia Labour Party allowed the rules to be changed to keep the "big belly man" in the leadership position and sidelined Mario.

Sarah Flood Beaubrun was the one who fixed the A&E Department at Victoria Hospital which saved lives yet St. Lucians said nothing when she was fired from Cabinet and the A&E Dept fell apart, she started the first Shelter for Battered Women and started the Mother to Child HIV Prevention programme which is the beacon for other programs in the Caribbean and she started the focus om Mental Health which resulted in the strides now made in that area.

But do St. Lucians remember what these first class politicians did ? Are they asking for them to come back into politics ?
The answer is an emphatic No which shows the problem is not politicians but the short sighted and immoral St. Lucians who put them there.

Ausbert d'Auvergne has his issues but he thinks, he wants St. Lucia to do well, he is a hard worker who burns the midnight oil and someone investors will take seriously, unlike that scamp Rufus Bousquet.

So there are politicians out there who can make a difference but we are the ones who reject them and our failure is because of choices WE make !

Anonymous said...

Rigobert is a good option !

Anonymous said...

The dream team as proposed by the original poster makes more sense. Some of the names mentioned here have extensive business and working backgrounds outside of government. This is what the country needs at this time.

We need to start thinking out of the box and away from the career politician types of PIP and company.

Anonymous said...

Bravo!!!

St Lucians should start thinking of running their country like a business and not an inflated shop filled with partisan idiologues and hacks.
It's no wonder the creation of jobs and crime is still a theory thing. There are just too many book educated sqaure pegs in round holds.

We need real people with real experience to run the country. I hope this dream team becomes come to frution.

en choo King.......

Egg is definetly all over Kings face and oh how it cakes; dry and hard!!!!. What a tangled web we wieve when we first sort to deceive!!!!!. Who now looks like the jackass in this? Kenny does not smell good either because he has sort and injunction to prevent any further details from being revealed. Well well what a royal mess!!!.

Anonymous said...

From what I understand Kenny did not take an injunction to stop details from coming out but to stop Frederick and his posters in which Kenny's name was mentioned ......

Anonymous said...

Nothing Kenny says can be trusted.
You see how all those chicken heads try to sing the praises of flawed leader?

Anonymous said...

Dor mine they know that very well, they just trying to look for things to say about Kenny. But soon Kenny will be back developing St Lucia as he had began. Kenny is ths BEST PM ever in St Lucia history. Prove me wrong.

Anonymous said...

In all this dream team talk:

1) Some people mention ALLAN CHASTENET.
Is that the same one the OECS COURT OF APPEAL called a LIAR, and said that his way was not the way to run an office? The same one who has wasted so many millions on things like HEPPLE and BOXING IN PARADISE?

What has he achieved? Go ask Air Jamaica?

2) One poster referred to PIP as a career politician as opposed to successful businessman.

Please get your facts straight, as the man's business was up and running before he entered politics and continues to this day.

It is with interest and much disappointment I read this article. Disappointment in that yes a cabinet minister saved the PM from making a fool of the nation by renewing an agreement that was illegally signed by the former PM Kenny. Which showed they were working as a team which I expects.
However interesting, that this is only now disclosed by Ausbert. Nonetheless, why is the original signatory not explaining the details of this secret agreement and licence which did not comply with law, consulted the technical experts within the relevant ministries at his disposal.
This article confirms to me there is an attitude of superior authority individual occupying the seat of PM perceives they have. Hence King and Kenny was easily persuaded to sign documents from Mr Earl Huntley.
The sorry state here is which is the lesser evil to vote for in few months ahead as both Kenny and King are guilty with their side kicks seek to govern fair Helen? We may shout as much we want but will we vote objectively for individuals or party.

Anonymous said...

Blueboy it is very easy to know who to vote for, just vote for the one with the better record of achievement interms of work. That is easy..............

Anonymous said...

Boyblue you will have to manufacture your own leader who does not make mistakes, because there is NO earthly leader with a perfect record, they ALL make forepars. But none should be making mistakes after mistake from the begining of their term to the very end like this UWP government has. This is the worse government to surface anywhere on the face of this earth.

Anonymous said...

So King lied again when he said he and his UWP gang never saw the document, although he signed in 1997. He said Huntely took it to NY and he only made part available to them. But Frederick, Tucker, and semi literate Guy knew so much about it in the budget debate. Huntely would be so stupid to make the part that says Kenny would receive Royalties available to them. UWP took that chance because they figure if St Lucia were stupid enough to fall for all their lies in 2006 and vote for them. Why not try it again. This time they fell in the pit dug by themself.

Anonymous said...

We are so gullible in that because someone plats nice that they are,
Humans being [some of them] think that they can fool people by their craftiness, But sooner or later it must ketch up with you.
Mr king has been a goverment minister for a while and we see that when john compton pass away he was considerd the senior to have taken over.
Mr king spent pretty much a long time living in rental houses, Now look at him today. There are lots more we will know of king and his invovlement and as he prolong the election its the more damaging it will be to him and his party and st lucia will get to learn more of these culprits in office.
But by then, The damage done to st lucia and its infrusttruture wll be very deep and to restore this will take someone with good vision and leadership.

Anonymous said...

Before 2006 election st lucia had its problem, but nothing to compare what we see today We can say all the bad things about mr anthony, but he was the better prime minister.
The caribbean islands were envy of our progress but look at us today
These goverment ministers which mr king has no control over is bleeding the island resourses dry and are filling up their pockets at the expense of our generation.

These newspapers should investigate each of these ministers and let the st lucian people know their invovlement.

Buildings and stadiums are not progress when you walk by them your stomach makes noises and you cannot put food in it. You call that progress?

You call it progress, when they got rid of the ghetto in Conway and two other ghettos formed in Castries alone! What do you feed your brain? Sawdust?

Anonymous said...

De PM duncey!

Anonymous said...

Hello, hello do not say that nonsense to loud before people laugh at you. No country cannot progress without building it infarstructure. I want you to show me one progressive country without big buildings and stadiums? There are ghettoes in around most progressive cities, not only in St Lucia. They are called inner city in the USA, they are formed because people move from the rural ares closes to the economical activies in these cities.
Big buildings and stadiums is progress (1) It provivde employment to build them (2) They also provide for skills and semi skills trademen and women employment to mentain them. (3) All these big buildings need staff to work in them thus creating more employment. So don't be clouded by your bias political stupidity.

Anonymous said...

Anyone noticed since the letter from Ausbert d'Auvergne to simpleton King, that there is a collective silence (practically no blog since)from the bashers of Kenny on the Star Newspaper!

I wonder why?

One of the most simplistic definitions and explanations of progress ever! St. Lucia is in deep doo-doo with you fellas. Your logic says that your idiocy is on steroids!

Little wonder for ALL that progress we somehow created according to your claims, two more ghettos sprung up, more unemployment was recorded, poverty INCREASED, income distribution became worse, and the youth found more and better paying jobs by selling, and better use of their time by doing drugs.

Progress? You drink too much beer bear, or smoke too much ganga, friend. Your brains have become scrambled eggs! Now, perhaps soap bubbles! Choops!

I have read alot of crap about this dream team business utter garbage!!!!
King's so called address to the nation was written by"CHEMOBRAIN" Rick Wayne. St.Lucians you all must forgive Rick, since his stint in Miami his brain is fried after all that Chemotherapy. Rick should know he needs a few months easy going so his brain can begin to function.

That speech was an insult to we Lucians-full of lies with the hope of making Kenny Anthony out to be a dishonest politician. But the tide has turned on King and his UWP bunch of crooks.
St.Lucia is paying dearly for this injustice John Compton has done to us who loved him very much.

Anonymous said...

Well Rick must be regreting that he began supporting the bunch of idiots. He will have to swallow his vomit come election time. The writing is on the wall.....ONE TERM GOVERNMENT!!!! they can delay the elections as much as they want; it will not save their sorry asses. I agree with above, John Compton did not have to unleash this band of crooks and thieves on us. For that god will punish him. King gave an address to the nation poor man; is his job he protecting. He cannot think for himself, and this happens when opportunity meets you unprepared. He has only himself to blame. Grynberg was the final nail in his political coffin. He better pray that the tropical storm tomorrow does not affect our country because is protest and match we will be having to kick all of them out of office.

It is sad that all these delicious blogs are hidden away inside the Voice archives... do you think some one could come up with a bumper sticker design that could incorporate some of the funnier ones. I'm sure Richard would see the funny side lol!

Anonymous said...

All of our leaders have made mistakes but commonsense and wisdom dictates that we vote the better of the two leaders (King or Kenny) to run the affairs of this country. Who would it be wise thinking St. Lucians? Would you want someone who continues to make mistake after mistake (dreadful ones at best) or the other who made a few mistakes with progress to show during his tenure as PM? You decide...that is, only the wise St. Lucians will choose Kenny D. Anthony.

Anonymous said...

Kenny cannot do math that is why he makes so many many financial blunders. He is another financial disaster waiting to happen. Let Pierre be Finance Minister or even Prime Minister. Nobody ever said that only people with PhDs are the best candidates for PM. Pierre would be the best Minister of Finance among all of them.

Kenny operates in the courts. He wins his cases. His party or his causes do not do any better after that. Seniority does not mean superiority of intellect or capability.

Anonymous said...

I have friends with PhDs or Doctorates. I have acquaintances with PHDs or Doctorates. I have friends who went to school with me, who have Doctorates and they would come 15th while I came 3rd while in high school. I do not have a doctorate because I made a choice after my bachelors, not to pursue education beyond that point. A choice I am happy with.

I have a good friend with a PHD who occupies a major position in a federal institution in Washington, DC. He with any number of other PhDs in that institution have little cubbyholes as their offices and I certainly do not envy them their choice of work environment or their options in life. Members of my family have doctorates or are lawyers.

The point is that this is familiar territory for me and unlike so many I am not intimidated by persons who attain higher degrees.

Some are impractical, some have oodles of common sense, some are education wise but arrogant and stupid when it come to reality, some have their feet firmly planted on the ground, some have a PHD in one discipline and are still brilliant in their application of other disciplines, some are well schooled in one discipline but as thick as a brick in other areas. Some are good moral people. Some are first class scamps.

One of the travesties in the Caribbean is that we place impractical incompetent persons in position of political power simply because they have the gift of gab and are lawyers or Doctors of some discipline. So we have persons like Richard Fredericks, Kenny Anthony, Petrus Compton who are lawyers or have PhDs who have turned out to be disastrous in the various areas of governance yet we keep on making excuses for them in spite of their failures. Kenny has been a disastrous manager and finance minister and has fostered along with his party hacks like Bousquet and Francis, nothing but internal strife in St. Lucia.

Fredericks is a fool but a dangerous one who has added nothing to the development of St. Lucia and in fact has regressed St. Lucia into a primitive form of dog eat dog barbarism.

We must judge politicians on their performance not on party affiliation or on academic qualifications.

what bus me is that true things are hard everywhere in the world. people are getting laid off etc. but here u clearly see the corruption of many of those politicians. this isn't hear say that im typing here. i only in my early 20s and ive had the opportunity to experience and be a victim of the tricks and those politicians play on us lucians. every year there are thousands of students leaving secondary school and SALCC. where are the jobs and even if there arent jobs the motivation for one to start their own company is very low because no one is fair. you cannot charge a decent price and make money. ppl always like paying less even if they know that who they are paying isnt qualified to do the job...employers do not want to employe individuals who are certified or equipped with degrees because they dont want to pay you what you are worth so they call you over qualified

Alright. Country-bookies have no ideas. They only know bobball to survive. That is why the young people are neglected. You all believed that an old man could stay in government and help you all when he only knew about how to grow sell bananas ti England?

You expect RW with no background in economics knows anything about creating a situation to create jobs. All that we have is idiots and criminals leading more idiots and criminals.

Who is this crazy man or woman who has the nerve to put Ausbert D'Auvergne on any list regarding politics in St. Lucia. Lucians you see why you keeping this country in that hell hole. Ausbert D'Auvergne had so many companies, real estate, housing project, automobilee Peugeot car dealing, hotel construction, company, company, company, and all went bankrupt. Then again, that's the man with the proven record of dishonesty, crooking and hooking, corruption in government as a civil servant and senator, til a commission of inquiry referred to him as not being fit to hold public office because of his dishonesty, comton the devil, papa jab sneaked him in, and some one in saint lucia crazy to bring that man up? then again I hear is he himself that put that blog there with his name on top as the leader. he mean to say the new NDM? Well like the papa jab john compton, once said, lucian, Now D'Auvergne Mad'. Eh Bien. Mi roro. D'Auvergne is a crook. A big, big rat, as Ashanti sang in his song in 1992. They catch a big, big rat in the Ministry. Well said. He continues being a rat. A rat is a rat, is a rat. And he left his cousin Alcindor from Soufriere to rat in jail in the United States. Ausbert is a rat.

Anonymous said...

It is interesting reading other persons as they salivate on other blogs over upcoming elections.

These obviously older persons 40+ talk contineously abour their concern for St. Lucia and where it is going. Yet these are the same persons, some of who have commented privately and publicly for years on St. Lucian affairs who have contributed more than most to St. Lucia's demise.

With no moral backbone they pontificate continually but in the background they are only motivated by vile personal political preferences and have no first principles that define their statements. Their idea of politics is not policy or legislation but the destruction of personality politics.

All ther high faluting statements when processed only come down to their preference for one political party or another irrespective of the performance of the party.

While we know St. Lucia is going down as a society and we are all in some way responsible, these persons have the gall to constantly raise their voices as though they are the answer when they are only caught up in hearing their own voices and could not see solutions if they came and smacked them in the face.

Their vindication is not seeing St. Lucia successful but seeing their party win. Real tribalism imported by slavery from Africa.

In fact they would rather see St. Lucia fall if their opponent party is in power ! Then they come on the internet to talk about their love of country, how they were born in Dennery, or the CDC (so that makes them loyal St. Lucians !) and how much time they have spent in politics from way back when.

At the end of the day when you examine their contribution there are hundreds of foreigners who have put down roots in St. Lucia who have created more and contributed more than these so called loyal (born here) Lucians.

We could dump all of them in the Atlantic and St. Lucia would not notice the difference except to maybe improve in the future.

We do not suffer fools gladly. How come King the puppet PM is even a minister of government with just one CXC. One CXC and he is 'managing' so much money.

Anonymous said...

A SLP political pundit was spreading his lies and propaganda a few months ago saying the SLP were leading 12 -5 according to a poll.

He then went on to attack Kenny for being a poor leader infering that the SLP were losing because of Kenny.

So on one hand the SLP were winning and then they werw losing -and is Kenny fault.

Now he says that the UWP is ahead 10 -7 or 9-8 but the SLP is catching up and some UWP MPs want elections eary while other want it later giving them time to work on their seats.

Quite frankly only a few of the UWP deserve to win a seat. The others are scamps but the SLP must stop telling lies as they did befor 2006 when they were temporarily silenced.

For the next elections our choice is much more than between two leaders. (I am NOT insinuating that the above post alludes to this!)
We must consider the entire teams.
Suppose, for example, 'ALI BABA' (God forbid) is our leader of choice, what about his 'BAND OF THIEVES'??????
