Chester Hinkson is one of the best minds that Saint Lucia has produced. What impresses me most about Chester is his down-to-Earth behavior and natural leadership talents. If I were not as fond of Mr. Hinkson as I am, I would compel him to become the Prime Minister by whatever means necessary, to save the country from the intellectual stagnation that calls itself government at this time.
The viciousness of Lucian politics is not a deserving place for such an honorable person as Mr. Hinkson, yet a person of his integrity is just what Saint Lucia could use just now. Ronald Boo, Winston, Hyacinth, Sydney, and yes, Yertie whom we pray for his total recovery from his injuries, their spouses and family are one of the true Saint Lucian treasures.
May Allah continue to bless Chester and his family.

Yes Chester always make sense when he speaks ..he is well read so he breaks down what he has read and analyzed in layman's english ...AS PRAGMATIC AS ONE COULD BE......he does not have to go into politics to make a contribution .. he just has to maintain an objective position on all issues and then educate the people (which in a sense is politics if we take the broad meaning of the word)...... we need him as a seasoned and knowledgeable banker who can give the best of financial advice
