The best option for the country in terms of choices is for the LPM, ONE (azzie by himself), NDM and any other small party to come together and offer alternatives.

Politics make for strange bedfellows...St. Lucia and most of the Caribbean run a brand of politics where service to country becomes a job and it does not matter whether we are UWP, or SLP. Until we get individuals who have a choice in terms of their own forward progress, st. Lucia and the rest of the Caribbean region will remain a laughing stock. But in the meantime some of the notes we are posting on this blog are a reflection of the high level of ignorance and vulgarity that seems to be embedded in our psyche. Let us put ideas on the table and let us disect them with the view to making this a forum for change if you will. Those of us who have lived in other places still love the land that gave us birth...and it is sad that we are driven away from service to country because of the elementary level of political engagement and debate that is required to service in these high and sacred offices.

His bunch of misfits including Rufus Bousquet and Richard Fredericks have dictated the mismanagement of St. Lucia's economy and they should never have been allowed to run a fish shop on the beach.
