Yea man you go it perfectly right, this is exactly how the UWP operates. Five (5) months before an election King trying to jump start the stalled economy with 300 million dollars. What a sense of desperation, trying to buy out the voters. If St Lucians fall for that bluff, by letting a bearly literate man fool them, because he want to keep his sweet paying job, then we deserve to be in the mess we are in today. Anyway it is we that put ourselves in that situation, by voting for a sick old 82 yr old foreigner with a gang of semi literate, incompetence and corrupt scamps.
