So after having written all that, what is your solution to the problem? How can WASCo raise enough money to invest in new capital project to bring water supply to underserved communities, to replace corroded pipes, to complete its bulk metering program, and to pay LUCELEC for the electricity it uses to run its pumps? Is there any ownership model you will accept? WE WANT WORKABLE SOLUTIONS. Don't tell us why it can't be done. Tell us HOW it can be done while addresing your concerns.
