its good rodney is becoming a city in itself, i would like to see the choc estate area where mega-J is become a commercial centre soon. sadly castries is losing the capacity to maintain a modern look as a city. Lets hope the construction stimulus in the budget can redound to areas such as city,vieuxfort,choc,bois dorange & cul de sac which truly needs a major shopping outlet to steer ppl of the north to the bexon area. we now have the capacity to have banking & shopping choices in cul de sac we truly need a major american outlet down there like a walmart that would def make the other islands jealous if we do have a kmart etc
