A Hellish Experience

My experience is that the folks at St Jude's are more professional with lots of compassion. My suggestion is that you should move to the South if you can, and leave the concrete jungle behind.

Indeed it is a heartbreaking situation, come on, how can u deny someone the breath of life........the health service needs to be addressed immediately

sorry to hear your side of the story but the sound of it does not give me the feeling that the health professionals saw u as someone in xtreme distress and their is a triage system in place.Next time show how distress you are,lol

Determining someone's level of distress should not and must not be determined by the way they look especially in an asthma patient, that is why asthma patients are suppose to be given priority. The level of distress can be determined by checking the patient which was NEVER done.

This is how Lucians work.
The hospital is just one bad example of staff's lack of professionalism because of the pain the patient goes through on top of wasted time and awful experience he gets to remember.
Where do Lucians work and behave up to standard?

And one more thing.
When you see an illegality committed in front of your eyes like the nurse with her mother and nephew skipping the line make big noise.
Shout as loudly as you can.
Call Police. Find out every avenue to expose them. Also go to a lawyer.

IT IS QUIET CLEAR THAT YOUR BREATHLESSNESS WAS NOT SEEN AS, URGENT NEED OF IMMEDIATE MEDICAL ATTENTION SADLY. PEOPLE HAD BEEN COMPLAINING YEARS BUT NO GOVERNMENT SEES IT AS SIGNIFICANT URGENCY TO ADDRESS THOSE ISSUES. MANY MORE NURSES, DOCTORS AND MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC WOULD NEED TO TAKE STRICK ACTION SO AT LEAST SOME OF THOSE ISSUES CAN TAKE CARE OF,AS LONG AS PEOPLE LIKE URSELF BLUNTLY REFUSED TREATMENT AND LOSES OF LIFE. ID LAY FLAT DOWN NOT SEATED BUT LAY FLAT DOWN IN DEMAND THAT I RECEIVE TREATMENT IN FRONT THE NURSE IN DEMAND OF ATTENTION SCREAMING OF COURSE.

Sad, but unfortunately this is typical in fair Helen. The bottom line is that nobody cares. They don't care at the hospitals, the registry, the ministries, the shops etc. Exposing these incidents by going to the media etc will not help immediately, but if enough people with horror stories such as this expose them on television or bring a lawsuit, then eventually the powers that be will start to take notice. Nothing brings about changes as quickly as monetary damages.
We always hear of people dying at the hospitals, this is how it happens.
