It's best they put money health care after all we need good working hospitals with adequate staff to run it make sure it is up to date. It good dr.stephen king it point it to them but find some way else other than vat and hospitals bills getting too dam high do something about it.

Ask Canada how they do it, they pay VAT and Health Care is free.
You are right. You've constructed a building and paid ZERO attention to human resource. It is going to sit there like most things in St. Lucia and be of little value
