The finish of the apartments is very nice. The location too. However the design looks like a copy of a 4 star
mediocre Spanish apartment hotel. I would have liked more a Caribbean Mexican design. Anyway so far so good.

This article is very misleading. I was in the process of buying one of those units but upon research, found out there was a myriad of problems with this development. Also i was given the impression that there was only two units left on the market on only to find out this to was not true. I spend 7 nights there n my quest and i must say the service and food there was quite shitty. after my first dinner, i have no choice but to book with cap maison for dinner for the remainder of my stay. However, after that tour, was inform that the entire management team was fired and the owners of this development had taken over as the resort was on the verge of bankruptcy. Again, i will say this article is misleading and i am not surprised its carried out by the voice

To Anonymous #5 ... "Caribbean Mexican design"?? Would make more sense if you said "Caribbean" OR "Mexican" design.

Anyway, a Caribbean-esque design would be a lot much better on the eye, than trying to establish a Spanish or Mexican (which is actually Spanish) architectural design - which stands out like a sore thumb on our historical landscape!!

Some architects deserve to be set up against a wall and shot for their lack of aesthetics in designing or identifying Caribbean architectural designs.

UGH!!
