Yes, he, Monrose, is a complete moron.
How the likes of Monrose attains position as held by him now, is beyond me...and his abnormal and unbecoming behaviour is nothing short of idiotic.
Monrose knows that his action has weakened the TUF, even though it had no legal basis. His action shows nothing but utter greed. Now, as parents of school children under his principalship, we need to be a lot more concerned and proactive about his role in their education or mis-education

Mr. Prime Minister, call a 90-DAY limited state of emergency. Do rapid training especially for all the revenue collection agencies.
Head each one of those by a senior but trusted law enforcement person or reserve.
Move to automate all revenue collection as fast as possible and as far as practicable.
We the people will all have no other choice but to settle down in about THREE WEEKS TIME to adjust to 'the new norm'.
Extend the limited state of emergency to a further 90 DAYS, if more RAPID training is required.
It is a beaucracy that we are dealing with. Unless critical files are hidden or destroyed, the way to proceed is all there in those files for reference. The precedence is all there starting from the 1948 Castries fire.
Please don't have this country face the prospect of ever having to follow in the footsteps seemingly being led by Cyprus today.

Mate must be from the Ministry of Truth in George Orwell's 1984. For him in his dictionary at least, 'division' is the definition of 'unity'.
How much can he fool and delude himself that if the CSA is on strike, the TUF is united? What might he be smoking?
