Happy Birthday, Africa – and Hello Tomorrow!

What's your tribe? If you knew, then you would have gone to hinterland of that part of the continent to "break bread" or eat whatever with them. If you really want to create greater kinship, then pay for the DNA test to find out that your forbears were beaten and "herded" all the way from what is today's Mozambique.

To hell with Africa, they sold our 'fore-parents' into slavery and all the tribulations they went through in order for us to be here today...and for what??? Some mere sea shells? The blood that runs through my veins is not from Africa but of slaves, they sold us as animals so we want nothing to do with them.

Africans have not even today come to terms with selling one another! So why the hell do I have to worry about tribes of people who have no basic love for other tribes?

So which tribe therefore is going to love me? I do not know on which side of which river or which lake or which mountain my great, great, great grandparents came from.

It is left to be seen how much of Africa's "new wealth" will go to the PEOPLE. the Chinese are in there for themselves, and have no qualms about dealing with unscrupulous leaders!

HI Earl, why didn't you call out Jeff Fedee in your recent article in the STAR?...everyone knew that he was the elephant who left the circus. This "my good friend" reference, was pure BS!
