Online poll gauges St Lucia PM’s leadership abilities

Because this is largely a self-reporting measuring instrument, it may not even rank as being indicative of anything but those rankled by the goings-on of the PM. Admittedly, it is non-scientific. It might only point to the need for newspaper to pay for the conduct of a say, a routine medium-term assessment of population views. But then again, the highly tribal nature of the near 50-50 split may not say very much, especially if a deep fear exists that your views may be identified with you.

Remember: The political poison is in the water. Under John Compton, Anse-La-Raye and Canaries paid very dearly and for quite an extended period, nearly 30 years or more for speaking out in the national polls.

Our political landscape has been besmirched forever by this foreigner from St. Vincent.

No need for a poll for that LPM. He went to Cuba to hone some of his skills. That is his leadership model.

He went to the Cuban Academy to sit at the feet of his mentors, the communist Cuban Castro brothers. Can't beat that. Way to go!

Anse-La-Ray and Canaries are not the only constituencies suffered under U-no-who, his own constituency of Micoud was neglected mercilesly for no other reason, for that he treated these people as a bunch of fools. Kenny will not be around after the next elections, and Mr.King will only sit as an M.P.

I'm I to understand that a bunch of "losers" and "jokers" wish to conduct a non- scientific poll on the leadership of the current PM.
From the view of the 2011 electoral results of the LPM, which appear to be a total rejection from the Saint Lucian public, I find it difficult to trust those "jokers" on a survey!! What a bunch of shameless losers.
Having said that, I wish to express with the ultimate veracity, that SLU is better off with the Kenny-type leadership given the world-stressed conditions and the mess that was manipulated and exited by the former administration.

The LPM party might be jokers for you bit not for people likes me who is hurting right now. No jobs and tons of bad promises by my government have not convinced me the LPM party are jokers .

Managers, if the ever manage properly make improvements on existing chaos, but retain and manage the status quo.

Based on the above statement one may well agree that the Kenny Administration has the POTENTIAL, and has shown some potential in improving on the shambles and the veritable caricature that was the last government.

Because the SLP, both its leadership, and its external the party election machine body made up of its rank and file, have CONTINUOUSLY FAILED like John Compton, and those who prodded him into the great beyond, to show any capacity or knowledge to rally the Saint Lucian population behind a congruent and convincing plan of action for an improved future standard of lving.

Saint Lucia's standard of living is wilting MORE SO THAN EVER, under CONTINUOUSLY FAILING LEADERSHIP.

In a highly competitive world, and in an increasingly geo-politically marginalized set of former island colonies, the gross yardfowlism for gaining STEP benefits, accompanied by the hollow sloganizing of "Better Days!" and "En Rouge" do NOT cut it.

Clearly it has not prevented egregious financial blackhole blunders like Roachasmell; Black-eye, Black Bay; and Grin and Piton beer it, Grynberg with more grinding poverty on the way now with the VAT.

These are just some cogent examples of leadership blunders and failures.

Any third party has little chance of making it in Saint Lucia because of:

1. illiteracy and the absence of a culture of CONTINUOUS self-development, self-improvement and self-learning
2. poor formal and relevant education
3. even more, the idiotic informal education of media talkshows and national media outlets, and
4. reprobate political representatives and government of all hues and colours.

The resulting mendicant followers GENERATED and being born into the main political parties have been and being mentally conditioned to depend on the political crumbs falling off the tables of their new enslavers, for eking a livelihood and for acceptance of their despair with programmes like STEP.

Trying weaning people who psychologically can do no better and are incapable of thinking any further, from such accommodated lifelong dependence on the state like in KENNY'S MOST-AMIRED COMMUNIST COUNTRY, CUBA!

When better will not be done, worse will continue.

Besides, the report suggests, like they say, that Saint Lucia is idiot country.

SL doesn't have any leaders...NONE. There are bunch of jokers who are exploiting and manipulating the ignorance of the masses. Look at some of the ambassadorial appointments - Watcha, Menissa and Willius - that's what you get for being loyal to de party. Willius is a failed businessman from VF who run Qulaity plastics to the ground, Watcha that appt is WAY above his head...Menissa well that's reward for opening her legs to Claudius Francis...

Don't care who is screwing who..Menissa we know has always been "free up" with the boys however, Willius is a qualified man who deserves his appointment - loyalty should be rewarded.

Well if that's the way to make it and to be successful - every should screw everybody. I know Willius and he is decent.

You St. Lucians should be damn ashame of yourselves for entertaining Kenny Anthony without a serious protest; snubbing the USA where millions of our dollars are remitted to our relatives in St. Lucia keeping that economy from sinking; and in the name of St. Lucians visiting FIDEL CASTRO in CUBA at the same time that the VICE-PRESIDENT of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is in Trinindad and Tobago for a meeting planned long ago to meet Caribbean Leaders.

How I just loathe the disrespect paid to St. Lucians by Kenny Barnard-Anthony.

That up there about people's sex lives and habits has nothing to do with leadership. Sex, perhaps, but not leadership.

It will perhaps take us some two to four years before true knowledge about leadership even begins to become a little more commonplace.

In the meantime, the entire horde of mediocre graduates from our secondary schools and those very mentally lazy underachiever yard fowl Saint Lucians will wallow in the spluttering crap of our talk show hosts from our media houses and clueless shate-shooting columnists.

Some are very well proving everyday what they say about Saint Lucia being an idiot country.

Whomsoever a woman wishes to have sex with; married or not; is her own personal business. If she wants to have sex with twelve men all at once; that her business. Not yours, not your mother's, not your fathers. Mind your business.

Like you, she and everyone else will be judged on the last day, but only one person. And that is, believe it or not, your CREATOR; who sits on HIS throne, as the KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS. And morso, HE is respecter of no person.

Kenny Anthony has really brought the Diplomatic appointments for St. Lucia to an unprecedented lowest level; ever experienced in this country.

Anonymous said...

Who is WATCHA? Is that Julian Du Bois the fellar Kenny Anthony sent to the UN in New-York?

Anonymous said...

If Kenny Anthony's brother once a businessman in Vieux-Fort could support Ulric Mondesir over him Kenny Anthony, why would anyone want to vote for him Kenny.

That in itself says a lot; and a long interesting story.

Anonymous said...

Yes blogger above, a long interesting story indeed.Messieurs, Queek Quak!

How comes you all take the people blog and turn it into who is sexin who. This is a damn shame that a question is being asked about Kenny's leadership and you all busy sending out maypweee.

There is no room for a 3rd Party in SLU..Try as you might it will never happen. Bro George can help you Peter also just ask him. All the money in the World will not see a 3rd Party change anything here. All it does is devide the vote.
Born UWP or Labour you will die so. Sadly.

If only the head of LPM could win his seat and Kenny not take him to court. That might be a start for that party.

But even before the first ball is bowled, the umpire has already put his finger up LPM. So what's the use?

Anonymous said...

Kenny looked around and saw that he had no ideas to turn around the economy. They don't teach such things in law school or at Training College. Tee Tom's wife cannot help him now.

Brainwave. Brainwave! Light-bulb moment. Why not get back to basics?.

Boom! He rushes to his communist mentors in Cuba.

Anonymous said...

Kenny is not the only one who can take people to court. I hope the day come when the have that sucker under lock.

Anonymous said...

Kenny is smart he will be gone to Trinidad or Venezuela or maybe Cuba, who knows?? But I know for a fact not st lucia.

LPM I"m sceptical about your future because St.Lucia will take a long long time to accept a 3.party. Hope you have 10 years patience to be still around and not elected and not to give up on that idea.
But also keep in mind its easy to critisize and not responsible for decisions to make.
Good Luck!

Funny thing that: The PM uses his knowledge of the law to control the ambitions of those in power, or those showing signs of wanting to wrest power from him. All is good and well when it comes to using the law as an offensive weapon.

However, I remain yet to be convinced that the goodly gentleman has displayed any kind ability to successfully supervise the process of writing a rigorous government-to-business or government-to-government agreement.

To date, we have three stunning and egregious blunders that have made Saint Lucians the laughingstock of Caribbean intelligentsia, namely, the Frenwell, Black Bay and Grynberg agreements.

One has to wonder what the heck they teach from in the legal curriculum at UWI.

Eh, eh! The goodly gentleman is not only a graduate of that institution, but was also a lecturer there.

LPM don't listern to any of this crap written about your future. Only those who are scared about the possiblity of a 3rd party win would care to discoourge your party. Keep on moving LPM. You all are the people's movement keep press on.

Does the measurements on that instrument or gauge take into account data that is in negative territory?

LPM what about having a party that is based in Saint Lucia for a change. LPM is still behaving like journalists. They are now doing tabloid-type entertainment research. Seriously fellas, dat en going to work. You all just getting newspaper coverage but are not changing nor capturing hearts and minds. Dat's what happened last time. Remember?
