The Saint Lucia Labour Party is acting like Stephen Harper's Conservative Party of Canada. The SLP is like a pendulum, one moment it's way to the left and then swings all the way to the right, I'm confused.

Some people often find Josie's scripts insufferable, this is an exception. His use of poetic license is effective: the notion of an SLP Inc, whilst amusing, doesn't seem so far-fetched.
I'm hoping the Central Tenders Board is comprised of independent public officers guided by impartial regulation. Their recent invitation for bids on furniture, stationery and computers supplies is an interesting development. Any struggling company selling all three items should be grateful for such a tender.

STEP is not designed to remove the condition of poverty but to payout voters for the next election.
With such a large cross-section of the population reduced to being foot soldiers enmeshed in a poverty trap, the SLP has ensured a paid voting bloc.
The results are already being felt in an alarming number of disputed and close results in certain constituencies. We need to watch this.

I don't give a ratsass about your tit for tat. I voted UWP the last time and SLP before that. You wanna know the truth none of them care about the people who voted for them. I have two options left I am either voting for that LPM party or I am staying home to mind my business. With or without me the country isn't going anywhere soon. Why bother.

Great ending,"quick quack." Is this the same Peter Josie who recently called on St Lucians to come together and put differences a side for the betterment of the country? You know it's one thing to disagree with and criticize government policy but it's something else to try to create hatred towards people because of those disagreements. Josie is no different from all the people he accuses of being foot soldiers of the SLP. Politics by nature is a never ending debate. Criticize all you want the so called SLP sub companies but they do benefit some people who genuinely need the help and don't give a crap about your SLP or UWP. Can they get better? Maybe, but you don't win them over by attacking them and the help that they currently get. You point them to the better way, and if you can't to that, sorry peter, you'll always be singing for your supper.
Once upon a time John Compton was the devil and could do no wrong. Now he's the best thing that ever happen to St.Lucia. I suspect if you mattered in St.Lucia politics, Kenny would have already called you in and given you some position and you would be singing a different tune Josie. If you really love St. Lucia don't ask people to move away from SLP for UWP. Try something else, maybe you'll become relevant in our politics again
