it's not over yet, new phase involves the removal of the new roof on the medical buiolding and raising the structure one floor. how they going to pay for dat? Donations from
more pre-schoolers again.

Wasn't millions given to st jude after the fire where did it went to.

The finished drawings should show all exterior walls as completed in place.
Were there no intermediate, working showing, showing access for large equipment for the Operating theater, Kitchen, laundry equipment, water heater furnace etc, etc.
It shows a lack of knowledge and coordination, and generally qualification for the job.
If walls are to be knocked down for accessibility, make sure they are not bearing walls.
Oh, St.Lucia, St.Lucia - it is sad that you have fallen in the hands of mediocrity, all around.
