I wish to extend heartfelt congratulations and felicitations to Justice Mario Michel on his appointment to the East Caribbean Supreme Court.

I have no doubt in his ability to dispense justice given his vast experience as a practicing attorney for many years, his years as a legislator and public servant will also serve him in good staed.
