Why is it that we keep applauding mediocrity? An award is not deserved just because you are the least horrible of a bunch of bad service providers- just means there should be no award. This company has a bad reputation for delayed installation (and I mean by 2 months) no follow-up to keep the customer in the loop.

@above; ditto cable & wireless or LIME or whatever it is called...they are all the same; six of one, half dozen of the other.

But you are right, half arsed/mediocrity service should NOT be awarded, even if it is the better of the devils.
