Not withstanding the fact that Mr. cho is the Finance minister of St.Lucia, i am fedup,of ever iniciative and program in St.Luica is Taiwan.

Looks like we are a colony of Taiwan in the 21 century.

The more things change the more is stays the same.

Let us just say the government os St Lucia is visiting St Lucia, because everything or the little that is happening in St Lucia now is done by the Taiwanese. What a shame!!!!!!!
