Stanley Felix can put an end to this madness if he would allows us to fly a specialist down to Castries to take his finger prints and enter them into the FBI NCIC data base for a possible match. If we are wrong, we will apologize to the entire Island and the rest of the world!

People I was not there, I do not know if Stanley Felix went to prison the USA or not. But when I think of the situation I tend not to believe that. My reasons are, rape is a very felony in the USA and a rapist will never likely get only eighteen months for rape. Another thing is an undocumented convicted felon will never be allowed to remain in the USA to contine his schooling ofter his prison term, they would surely deport him. If all these things went so well for Stanley, I consider him to be one hell of a lucky guy.
