The argument pertaining to the role of government is relevant.One question is how much more responsibility can government undertake, where will they get the finances from, how much bigger will they have to become,does constant government sponsored activity produce growth and sustainability?
Should government begin to consider, outsourcing a number of its current services to providers in other sectors, community organizations, NVOs the private sector?
