The secretary of the fire welfare association foolish and full of contempt for his head of dept.
Why is he dragging the association and fellow members to commit this apparent character assassination?
Character assassination is a serious offense under St. Lucia's Law.
Is criticism of poor job performance by public officials NOT the RIGHT of the public to make them?
Since when were public officials declared Gods?
It is since, Compton grabbed power from the Administrator sent by the Monarch in England, as God Almighty?
Some St. Lucian officials are such jack asses! They expect to forever get away with any and every sh!t that they do.
Some of these so - called department heads are so full of themselves, that they feel they can manage the people's office as their own private entity. Some show no respect for their subordinates and feel they can say and do as they please. They must learn to respect the office which they hold and the people whom they were appointed to serve. They must learn to see themselves as servants to the public rather than being swell - headed and stubborn.
Job well done Mr Fontinelle. This nonsense has to stop in stlucia. Those Buffoons will stop at nothing to push their political agendas and will use associations like these to do just that. It is sad that the followers are not realizing that they are just being used and the biggest culprits are the civil servants. Those media houses too have been selective in scandalizing people's names without a shred of evidence. They made a charade with the Fredick issue but they wouldnt dare report on matters pertaining to tose demogogues in government. Once again i applaud you Mr fontinelle and i wished Richard fredrick had done the same.
That Association guy, Shane Felix, I believe, is a hot-head. He carries himself gutter and ghetto like. Ditto the mouthspeak of the police dept. 'something' Constantine or other. The Constantine guy, bad grammer and pronounciation and attitude to boot - yes - this is the police PR person. SMH in disbelief.
If you give sh!t-ass service someone must be able to tell you. Where is the Ombudsman, anyway. It is not that the office has a lot of clout anyway.
The entire thing shows how our inherited backward 3rd-world African tribe approach to civilized behaviour is killing us.
The lesson from this is once you have the title, kick arse.
Shane, I admire your courage and good like to the association members for watching the backs of the members they service. I wish the Mr. Fontinelle would come out and say what happened cause he has not denied any of those allegations.

@8:25 pm. In law Shane( Shame) Felix will have to prove; not Fontinelle. The assassination of ones character is a serious offense.Shane behaves like a hotheaded fool who does not seem to know the seriousness of his doing. He is probably playing at the least workplace politics. I don't think he knows the gravity so he is a complete fool.
