its a great thing to see healthcare improving at this level in st lucia tremendous .. i am so proud of us.. but at the same time we need to ensure that these facilities are well managed otherwise its a waist of infastructural resources & taxe payers money..That would make the ultimate dif if there is a great level of hospital management,medical personnel improves its care of patients need major boosts also..

Lastly both dennery & soufriere needs new or upgraded facilities along with Esp Victoria hospital becoming a polyclinic needs Major improvement to its E.R aka Casualty.. i beleive the gov needs to build a new wing just for E.R. so stlucians can get 1st rate treated from VH. to the NEW HOSPITAL.. with spanking new facilities... from start to finish
