Simply a positive move in a positive direction. This can ony be good for for the development of art in the country. I think it goes further than that: i am thinking of the country's cultural development but also the creation and a sustained avenue which could inspire and encourage individuals to write and sct as a means of exhibiting their work. Whats about extending this to St. lucians living overseas? I think that would be valuable.
