What we need to have published is the Martin Satney Report on WASCO. As his work there as Manager/Consultant and also where did all the millions that Kenny Anthony's Government placed in WASCO in their first term in Office, that was supposed to turn WASCO around. That is what we need to be published.

So hurry up and publish this. We the Public have been asking and have been waiting for a response, a long time now.

What is there to regulate? No is no blasted water coming from the mains most of the time.

Boy we love to parade our non-performance. I would like to see real METRICS and regulation to ensure that the facility meets the associated performance standards.

Anything short of this is a load of pure unadulterated crap!

What we have there is a litany of nonsense. It shows little concern for being customer-centric.

Who is trying to fool whom here?

NWSC!
Sounds like something nasty, really nasty. Visit the various districts, talk to the residents, see for yourself WASCO's utter wickedness and maltreatment of humankind. The Truscot's commission is too eager to raise the water tariff but is making no thorough assessment of wasco's behaviour and conscience.

The proposed price for water & sewage is not excessive, the problem is many years of rolled up cost increases all hitting at once. What is now required is some genuine measure of performance improvement, reductions in "lost water" and funding for a capital improvement program to increase capacity & reliability.

They have just plain jokers walking around as management. Do any of these people have management skills at all? Where from do they get these #$$###wholes?
