From what I've been told, Mr.Breen is trying to improve things for the athletes in St. Lucia. The rest of the people that he is surrounded by and that are involved in the association is a different story altogether. In my opinion, they do not have the athletes' best interests in mind. I wish Mr. Breen all the best and I hope that in time, this association will be made up of people who care about the athletes.

Please run the association as a for profit enterprise; turn it into a brand!
