Anonymous said...: Bloody hell. It's been a long time. This phenomenon of "round pegs in square holes". It stinks in the Government Service. That's one major reason for the stagnation in direct foreign investment.

Those people we meet at high levels are all "air-heads". And does not command any respect. Absolutely no confidence or trust that things can be acted upon properly.
