CFL Backs Productivity Drive

Another way of saying let 2 persons do the work of 3. And let 3 do the work of 5.
With our high unemployment, it should be the other way around. Productivity Drive is nothing but a wolf in sheep's clothing.
7 of us used to be in our work area; now it's down to 4 of us, and they're still looking for the same level of productivity; if not more.

See? Here is someone who does not understand at all what productivity means. LOL! Should such a dummy be allowed to vote in national elections, when it's level of reasoning is so far below that of carved wooden dummy?

Well, why don't you explain to us dummies what productivity means.
And tell us why employers are the ones pushing it.
