Thank you SHARON WILLIAMS for keeping the flame alive by organising such an event ... long overdue!!
It is a pity though, that the young ones today, have not (or do not) take heed of the professionalism of these noted stalwarts, or even try to emulate them. Only a handful of the young ones do.
It is a strain on my ears to listen to some of them, and also to read some of their their work. No professionalism in their work.
Thanks again, Sharon, for keeping these noted stalwarts alive, and showing appreciation for their hard work, determination and setting a standard!! You go girl!

Did you mean, management of the sub-station, "WIBS"?? (Windward Islands Broadcasting Service) based in Grenada, St Lucia was the sub-station, with other stations in St Vincent and Dominica. Margaret Roberts was THE VOICE of WIBS in its hey-day.
