As far as most St. Lucians are concerned all the 12-months of the year will be "hard months." We cannot veer from the fact that employment is at an all time high 40% with no relief in sight. The country is saddled by an inept government void of any solution to remedy the situation. And yet we wonder why the crime rate in our beautiful Helen is so high.
