The only ground breaking that this government can do is on projects which is already about 80% completed by the previous SLP government.

I HONESTLY THINK THAT THIS WILL CRIPPLE OUR HUMAN RESOURCE OR SLAVE OUR HUMAN RESOURCE FOR WE WILL NO LONGER HAVE A LARGE CHOICE OF SERVICES TO PROVIDE AND WE WOULD LIMITED TO SERVICING THE FINISH PROJECT
