The general perception out there still is that Mr. King takes every opportunity to wiggle his way deeper in the quick sand. What a quagmire he has built for himself.

Richard fredrick, should be the last person to attack anyone's integrity. Whatever is in the dark, Richard will come to light- The longest rope has an end. God will not honour dishonest gains So i emplore you to repent or demise office. Remember the saying, if this conversation ever comes in the open, " i will deny it"God hears and sees all things- divine delay does not mean divine approval> I call upon you to be honest and live an honest life before men and God- Judgement day is coming.
As for the PM, you surprise me. I was not expecting you to stoop so low- Be a leader and leave a good legacy on the nation. I am surprise to hear you bending the truth as you are doing now>Honestly, i have lost all respect for you and can never vote your party> I am a UWP supporter, but next elections, i cannot do that- you and Richard Fredricks have disgrace the party.
Here it is folks in plain, easy to understand, English Mr. Huntley's role in the Grynberg affair. I am inclined to exonerate the gentleman of any percieved or actual wrong doing or cocomacque - to use our coloqualsm - and to take the PM to task for trying to mislead, to be kind, the St. Lucian public about his and his government's involvement in the matter.
Mr. King's credibility has take a big hit and his trusted Minister of Planning has been exposed as a mischief maker, to be kind, or a demagogue. The position that these two "honorable?" men have taken on the issue amounts to obsfucation, prevarification, and outright deceit.
I challenge them to impeach anything that Mr. Huntley said not with more LIES but with irrefutable FACTS. If they fail to do that, these men have lost all credibility and are too predisposed to employ unethical tactics to gain political advantage. This DISQUALIFIES both of them to hold elective office in St. Lucia because if they can be as unethical in publicly ventilated matters one wonders what they have done or are capable of doing away from the public glare.
No one has been able to convince me that the agreement that was signed between the government of St. Lucia and Grynberg is inimical to the interest of St. Lucia. What I am convinced about though, is that there is a group of men who apparently see the possibility of big dollars if they can subject the country to expensive litigation to do away with Grynberg so they can enter into negotiations with any other company who can provide the most hefty (under the table) grease hand.
I do not see anything in what they are doing that is predicated on them having the country's best interest at heart. I am very convinced not that this whole issue is nothing but a smoke screen and a red herring to divert the attention of the voting public from a fraudulent, failed government who cannot win an election on their performance during their tenure in office.
I believe that honest, reasonable, non-hack, St, Lucians will share my view and take the appropriate action when the election bell is tolled.
Granted we may not get the government we deserve but we will get the opportunity to send this one packing before they do more damage to the good name and economic future of our socioeconomically fragile country.

Contrary to what has been said, it does not sell out St. Lucia’s seabed or sea resources to any foreign company or companies. Granting a company a license to explore for oil for a limited period of time is not selling out your resources but is basically working with the company to try to find those resources by utilizing the technology which the company has but which you do not..
Jack Grynberg is a very successful oil entrepreneur with substantial petroleum assets in the USA and other parts of the world. He is an internationally known expert geologist who is convinced that there is oil and gas off shore Dauphin in St. Lucia and that he can find it. He has already spent over US $60 million on preliminary seismic work necessary for exploratory drilling. He should be allowed to continue."
Was this $60 million US spent on St. Lucia drilling.
Shouldnt be clarified that an EXCLUSIVE license was granted to Grynberg. Was there any tendering for this license?

Folks, if King and the UWP government did not know about the agreement, how then can former PS Severin have been authorised by the government to write to Grynberg refusing the requested EXTENSION. That letter does exist> King, admit it YOU SGNED THE AGREEMENT.

Unfortunately, SOME St Lucians have a culture of believing what they are TOLD, instead of finding the facts (of a story, etc) for themselves.
Unfortunately, they do not read, instead believe in idle gossip and mudslinging - especially in politics!! Before their "assumptions" are uttered, it becomes a fact. Sad, but true.
Anyone, with a half a brain, should be able to find out WHO Grynberg Petroleum Oil Company is ... or even find out about "petroleum oil in Caribbean waters" - and all should be revealed. Ever heard of "google"?
When in doubt, find out ... simple. Knowledge lifts the shackles of ignorance.

I thought I saw somthing on this website that someone might be arrested because of cocomakecry with this oli deal. Now I cannot find it on the web.
Is it true that the government has had to hire an English legal firm to get to the bottom of this oil deal and what role the SLP Administration played in this when they sold the rightsto explore St. Lucia's waters without telling the people ?
Is it true that just like with Rochamel, Hyatt, Fenwell, NCA, cost overuns that the SLP Administrations have also kept secret matters pertaining to this oil exploration option ?

A piece of property in Brooklyn, New York was sold that belonged to the Government of St. Lucia and no one was brought to account for that.
An oil exploration deal was made between some persons in the govt of St. Lucia and a second party and Cabinet, Parliament and the people were not informed.
What do these events and sequences of events have in common ?
Who were the principal players in these dramas involving ASSETS OF THE PEOPLE OF St. LUCIA ?
Why years after these events transpired are we still hunting for information or have just not bothered to try to get any accounting ?
The Great conspiracy and concoction of Earl and Ausbert, the using Grynberg Affair, will not meet the objective of sabotaging the UWP and Saint Lucia? How long did it take them?
