Prime Minister King Sir you can do better than asking a man that is not in office to assist you with your percieved challenges in Government. It is proving to speak incompetence on your part as the commander in chief. The Grynberg matter in my humble oppinion is a farce that need to be thrown out of your political window. Instead you should concentrate on your achievement as a government for the last five years and ask the Electorate to re-elect you base on you success, rather than an oil deal that was never found. Do you think that a mother of five who was recently laid off due to the economic situation care much about grynberg? Or the thousands of school leavers who donot know where they are going to care? Please Mr. Prime Minister you need to move on with your game otherwise expect to face the full force of the Electorate.

I do believe that PM. King desires to bring this "lye-dai-yah" to a satisfactory conclusion; however this "satisfaction" can only be realized at the demise of the litigious Kenny Antony through capitulation.

Does anyone seriously entertain the idea that Fredrick would discard the antagonistic sticker from his automobile? Or that Kenny would withdraw the pending litigation targeted at the U.W.P. member of Parliament?

If there is such an individual experiencing such hallucinations I would suggest to such a person that diluting the concentration of the "Go-pon-pon" concoction might return him/her to reality.

Lucians love a Lye-dai-yah and if not Grynburg Oil, it would be the assassination of Claudius Francis by Fredrick, or something to do with Smoking Joe. What else is there to do in Pardise?

"I have absolutely no recollection of the circumstances referred to by Mr. D'Auvergne"?
with such a politically charged scandal, does PM. King really think that I would take that statement with a strait-face? There's no way he would not remember/recollect. He should not play Lucians with this political double-talk! It happened or it didn't happen - none of this "I can't recall" majee.

The answer is simple, King has little to show for his stewardship over the past four years so he found an "issue" to hide under, did you say bend ? After one term in office a successful government would now be crowing about it's acheivments. People are not stupid as king, Frederick and Rick wayne Goebells will discover. This rotten group will be thrown out em-masse at the next general elections.

Let's rewind and review.

1) Kenny signs Greenberg agreement.

2) King renews Greenberg agreement.

3) Ausbert intercepts the letter on its way out.

4) King makes fuss about Kenny signing with Greenberg.

5) Ausbert says, not so fast Mr. King; remember you also signed.

6) King says he don't remember.

7) Think it's time for Ausbert to produce the copy he saved all these years?

Anonymous said...

"Can't recall". Well there is Earl Huntley and Milene George Foster, you personal assistant at the time. By the way, if the agreement is not expired why are you being asked to EXTEND it? As PM, if I signed an agreement, I sure as hell would read, study and be briefed on its content and potential impact. Since I know you signed it, then consistent with your past, e,g Sir John's illness, you're lying again.

Anonymous said...

Why don't you say that you did NOT sign the agreement? Are you afraid to label your former minister, who you fought so hard to retain, A LIAR? Maybe he was(is) mad and made up the entire scenario.... We are not fools. Be advised, you and your mouthpiece, that we now have no alternative but to deduce who the real LIARS are!

Anonymous said...

Why doesn't the prime minister go to the Media and Explain to st lucians of his accomplishment. I guess he has nothing to report and wants to label the former prime minister as the one that is wrong

Can st lucians Reelect a failed Goverment,
It is time that mr king call election For the longer he stays is the more damaging will it be for him, His ministers, and god in heaven knows the amount of damage done to the good name of st lucia.

Anonymous said...

My fellow st lucians, Do not let the media or newspapers bamboozoa us in maKING UNWise decision Because now the future of fair helen is at stake.

This goverment has not produce and they have nothing to show, no record of accomplishment.

Why does the prime minister want to use st lucians, Making us believe The former prime minister is the problem, When he is not in power as the majority.

Please my fellow Country man, Mr anthony may have made mistakes, But st lucia was still way ahead on the 8 ball, Let us think and don't allowed because of what one say to be true.
Mr Anthony is still the better choice to lead st lucia at this present moment.
Look at the leadership of mr king can even controll his ministers.
Then you have mr prudent and this one is a big gamble for our future.

My best selection and especially with the team of slp, They will be best fitted to take st lucia from the mess it is in right now

Please give this some fought, and its not about party, but about fair helen and its citizen.
Leave the bashing out and think and do what is right for our children's future.

Mr. King, we really do not care about the Grynberg Agreement that expired in March 2007. What has your Minister for Physical Development, Housing, Urban Renewal, Local Government and the Environment done for poor people in St. Lucia? Tell us, what are his plans for all the unplanned developments and squatting areas in the Castries Basin? He continues to use tax payer’s money to support his witch- hunt against Dr. Kenny Anthony who we voted out of office almost five years ago. Tell us again why we should care about an expired Agreement? Please Mr. King, tell us about Housing Development in St. Lucia. Direct us to the Website where we can read about your minister’s glowing achievements in his Ministry. Do not try to distract us from things that do not put food on our table or a roof over our head. The majority of us are poor people who struggle to make ends meet every day. What have you done for US in the FIVE YEARS you have been in office? Tell us again Mr. Prime Minister, tell us!

King as usual, "unfit to lead a scout troupe" so he's playing his games with foolish St Lucians, yes folks, he is of the opinion that Lucians are fools. His reasoning is that St Lucians have to be fools to accept one of its least educated sons as their Prime Minister. What a COMMESS St Lucia is in, thanks to the BEND OVER BOY SCOUT. In the meantime, his speech writer, Rick Payne, is having a wonderful time with his government advertisement and printed contracts. This is St Lucia where we are happy!! Donna Jn Baptiste.

Why is the Prime Minister allowing himself to be used/manipulated by Rick in his personal vendetta against Kenny and Earl. Rick, with his super ego got his chance through this issue to kill 2 birds with one stone. Kenny, we all know about; and Earl because of the ongoing libel suit against the old Star discussion board (judgement on which is pending). Curious to find out the following:
- Did PM King inform Rick that he had in fact signed an EXTENSION to the agreement which he now claims his government has been trying so hard to get out of.
- Knowing that he had signed the EXTENSION (which means he had had to read/study its contents, impact etc, after consulting his AG). How then could he have read to the nation this drivel/rehashed Star articles of a speech to the nation.
- What legal steps has the AG taken? From whom? and What is the status of the agreement? (not Rick's opinion, but sound legal advice).

Dear Beloved PM, get this monkey Rick off your back and focus on revitalising our economy. 5 years after gaining power you still behaving like the opposition, following an agenda largely determined by Rick/Richard.

This is laughable.

Stephenson King is such a joke. Sometimes I start to feel sorry for him and how pathetic he looks, then I remind myself that this man is probably hiding some dark secrets which is why he is allowing Frederick and Bousquet to run things. It feels like this current "government" has been in power FOREVER! They need to go

If I was Kenny and the SLP, I would boycott the upcoming elections. Considering the DOW plummeted 512 points in one day of trading with fears of a renewed and continuing recession. Knowing that within 100 days of winning the elections, the St.Lucian population would physically remove King and co from the COUNTRY! I would even invite Prudent and Co to form their Government and watch them grapple with this hot potato; so they can shut-up once and for all. Then the SLP would come in to tackle this daunting task of putting the nation back on track. But awah this would be too much of a punishment for poor Helen. SLP take it now and try your best.

Mr King while you focus on the Grynberg issue, I suggest you go to the St. Lucia Labour Party's Website today and watch the launching of Lorne Theopilus. This will allow you to feel our pulse and you will realize your days in office are over!

IS KENNY ANTHONY ON BRINKMANSHIP THAT HE IS SHAMELESSLY TRYING TO ENTERTAIN D'AUVERGNE? I KNOW KENNY ANTHONY HAS A PERSONALITY DIDORDER, BUT IT IS CERTAINLY GETTING WORST THAN I IMAGINED. KING GAVE BOTH KENNY ANTHONY AND AUSBERT D'AUVERGNE THE VERY RIGHT ANSWER. AND YOU KNOW WHAT? KENNY AND D'AUVERGNE SEEM TO MIRROR EACH OTHER. THEY ARE TWO SIDES OF THE SAME COIN. BELIEVE THEY ARE BRIGHTER THAN ANYONE, ALLOWING THEIR SO-CALLED DEGREES TO GO TO THEIR HEADS, ABSOLUTELY NO COMMONSENSE, SHADOWS OF INFELICITIES, CROOKED------, CORRU-----ETC. ETC. FOLLOWING THEM WHEREEVER THEY GO. NEVER SUCCEEDED IN ANY PROFESSIONAL LIVES, ETC. ETC. SAME HISTORY WITH FORMER WIVES, ETC. ETC. AND MAD AS HELL FOR DARING TO BELIEVE SAINT LUCIANS COULD DARE TO CONSIDER THEM IN THE HALLS OF POLITICAL POWER IF SO MUCH CROOKED BAGGAGE ON THEIR BACKS.

BRAVO, MR. KING. COULD RESPONSE. NO LEGAL LUMINARY CAN RESPOND TO THAT OR BEAT. NEITHER ASSTOOFAN OR OTHERWISE.

BOTH THESE MAD RATS CAN GO TO HELL, FOR ALL I CARE.

Lucians fellars, examine the horns. See a movie in the making.

Kenny Anthony has been uncovered with the Greenberg Scandal.

Ausbert D'Auvergne knows that better he line up with the labour party, because otherwise he faces another Commission of Inquiry worst than the BlomCooper, with consequences for Jail, and we Lucians know exactly what he knows why.

Both Kenny and D'Auvergne know they will never fare well with certain members of the now Cabinet.

Stephenson King's response is really telling D'Auvergne little boy, just back off, if you know what is good for you.

King however has been exposed in one form or another as it related to D'Auvergne's so-called Statement.

So really what we have is a bunch of little low-class men, seeming to be all crooks, of the same ilk attempting to screw each other and each of the rascals believing they will come out like something worth while.

KENNY LIKE d'aUVERGNE AIN'T SEE WHAT IS COMING FOR THEM YET. kEEP HOPE ALIVE. yOU WILL BE FLUSHED OUT down the sewer in Saint Lucian Society like toilet tissue, once and for all.

Watch Out. You can feign assination like Claudius if you wish as well.

Dear Mr PM,
There are intelligent and educated people reading the news. You said this:

I have absolutely no recollection of the circumstances referred to by Mr. D’Auvergne who I am told admits in his letter to the Newspaper that from the moment I became Prime Minister my Government and I have sought ways by which to “extricate Saint Lucia from the provisions of the agreement signed by the former Prime Minister”.

You have been misinformed since nowhere in the letter did Mr D'Auvergne admit what you are insinuating. Did you read the letter? Here is what was said:

In this regard I am offering you the opportunity to confirm to the nation and to explain the circumstances that led you, after representations by a former Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of External Affairs, to sign a successor agreement (to the one signed by that former Prime Minister) between the Government of Saint Lucia and RSM Production Corporation. In your explanation you may care to indicate that you and Saint Lucia were only saved from further embarrassment by a Minister in your Cabinet who at that very moment was in the process of seeking to find a way to extricate Saint Lucia from the provisions of the Agreement signed by that former Prime Minister and who upon discovering your inexplicable folly, was able to urgently arrange for the signed document to be retrieved from the former Permanent Secretary before he was able to leave the parking lot of the Waterfront Office Complex.

I think you are being deliberately ecconomical with the truth. Your 'explanation'
does not hold water. You cannot fool us!

Jack Ask,
St Lucia

"I have absolutely no recollection of the circumstances referred to by Mr d'Auvergne..."; how awfully irresponsible and stupid of a prime minister to utter these words!!

Per that opening statement, S King is being definite, sure, decisive, thorough abbout his recollection. Now, can a person of this calibre be trusted, who uses such ABSOLUTE words in a statement. He is hiding!! behind something, this man.

Poor jab pap-pa-yo I do not expect you to recall anything right now and of late you have been having selective amnesia so I did not expect any better. What you did not envisage is that Ausbert would refute your statements. You were so taken up with Rick on keeping the grynberg matter in the spotlight that you forgot to cross all your "t" and dot your "i". This short letter of yours does not inspire confidence in me as a young person who is currently unemployed. You have shamed me and the youth of this country by being our Prime Minister and you are uneducated. Does'nt that bother you at all? Caricom has just made you Chairman of the OECS Authority; it will be interesting to find out what your contribution has been so far. I am in a position and of age to vote this time and you better believe it I will not be reelecting your party to office. I am on a drive currently to moblise the youth of this country to cast their ballots sensibly and to vote wisely.

Anonymous said...

Young people of this country, the future is yours. Make a bed you can lie on comfortably. Do not elect any party that tolerates drug trafficking drug lords and ex-cons as ministers. Like a bad marriage you have no future with such people in office. Make the decision in your favour. There are no short-cuts except death by knives and bullets. The UWP is loaded with people without a moral compass. Choose wisely. Choose a bright future rather than what we have now.

Nice try simpleton. The Greenburg Affair will not distract people as you think. Call the darn election!

My St.lucian people why do we continue to squabble about the obvious..Kenny D. Anthony is an accomplished professional who held an esteem,ed position at Cave Hill Campus in Barbados further any right thinking person would not deem Kenny D. Anthony in the same light as Ausbert D.Auvergne ...we are allowing our political affiliation to cloud our better Judgement...Grynberg is being used in the same way as Rochamel and I will not even think of entertaining it and furthermore I have eyes and I use the grey matter that GOD has blessed me with and so I will make the right decision come election day.
PEACE AND LOVE!!!!!!!
